Maidstone & Tonbridge Wells NHS Trust

Conducted a re-design of the People and Culture Directorate within the Trust and the establishment of a new Operating and Communications Model. Areas of focus: HR, Talent, OD, Workforce and Systems, Health & Well-being and L&D.

Royal British Legion

To redesign the operational delivery of all welfare services across RBL, provide 'Design' input to the existing transformation function and provide an Organisation Design programme of learning for all HR/OD personnel.

Medical Research Council

The redesign of their Head Office (250 personnel), the design and implementation of bespoke Mentoring Scheme and planning the establishment of a PMO to support the delivery of £980m programme portfolio.

Country Land and Business Association

Conducted a re-design programme of work focussed towards the administrational elements of the Business. Additionally established a new management structure to support and underpin the headline changes within the Head Office.
